How to Order Lunch on FACTS Management
Ordering on Desktop
To order lunch through FACTS (formerly RenWeb) on the mobile app, you will need to download the app on your App Store. Here is a general guide on how to order lunch on FACTS/RenWeb:
- Log In to FACTS (RenWeb) through your mobile app:
- Go to Family Portal Login
- Enter the district code as lc-ut
- Enter your username and password. If you have forgotten your login credentials, you can usually reset them by clicking on "Forgot Password" or contacting info@lcaeagle.org
- Select "Lunch" icon
- Select Your Child’s Name:
- If you have more than one child at the school, select the correct student from the list from the small dropdown shown on the left hand side of the web order form.
- Choose a Date for Lunch Ordering:
- A calendar of menu items will be posted on the webpage.
- Select the day(s) you wish to order lunch for.
- On the selected date, you should see a list of menu items or lunch options available.
- Select "Create Web Order"
- Add Items by changing the quantity in the quantity column.
- Once you’ve selected all the items you wish to order, go to the bottom of the page and click click “Order Items”
- After the order has been submitted, you should see a new screen that states "Lunch Orders Created"

- Go to Family Portal Login

- Navigate to the Lunch Ordering Section:
- Once logged in, look for the "Student" tab on the main dashboard
- Under the student tab, you should see an option for “Lunch”
- Select Your Child’s Name:
- If you have more than one child at the school, select the correct student from the list from the small dropdown shown on the left hand side of the web order form.
- Choose a Date for Lunch Ordering:
- A calendar of menu items will be posted on the webpage
- Select the day(s) you wish to order lunch for
