The New Year can often bring a mixed bag of emotions and memories for many of us. Some may have just experienced the best year ever and look forward to an even greater one ahead. Others may have just trudged through one deep struggle after another. The fresh calendar year brings so much hope and anticipation of better things to come.

Whether you’ve just walked through the greatest year of your life, or are incredibly glad to see this 2017 finally over, one truth still rings clear amidst it all. You are not alone. Not ever.

Our God is a “with us” God. On the heels of the celebration of the birth of our King, that reminder has the power to carry us right into a fresh, new start. He is Emmanuel, God with us. And though things and people around us shift and change, our God never changes.

Happy New Year.

You have the opportunity from January 28-February 7th, 2017 to host a student(s) and learn more about Chinese life and culture while sharing yours with the students! If you are interested in this opportunity, please call or email USA Exchange Student Programs at 801-810-4224 // info@usaesp.com!

 Traffic Flow

We have had a great year so far with the travel flow and few problems. Please remember that when coming from the West to use the West Entrance and when coming from the East to use the East entrance and the same for departures. This will help the flow tremendously and help to avoid unnecessary accidents.  Also, as a reminder that our blacktop becomes a playground for our elementary grades. If you are planning to remain at the school after than 8:45am, please do not park between the school and the basketball hoops. Thanks so much for helping us keep things running smoothly at LCA!
