To apply for admission to LCA:
Submit the 2011-2012 Pre Registration Form with registration fee ($200 per new student)
Complete the Application Form,Request for Records Form for previous school and Medical Release Form
Once all paperwork has been sumitted to the school office, an interview will be scheduled for all students entering Grades 6-12.
